What is Competition Training?
In this 8-week series of Olympic-style training there will be a comprehensive regimen of preparation for martial arts competition. National Champion, Master Ron Frazier is state, national, and olympic coach. He's won medals on every level with existing USSMA staff and students, some of which walked away from state, national and world tournaments with triple gold.

It will be held Wednesdays, 6:30 - 7:30 p.m, August 16 through October 4.
TRAIN IN:
Kicking: Techniques, combinations, and footwork
Stances: Options and names, adjustment for speed, and appropriate stances for effective kicks.
Strategy: Offensive attacks, defensive attacks, and understanding of the closed and open stances.
Forms: Snap, speed, and knowledge of the form and it’s details.
Condition: Mental, physical, social and emotional.
Competition: Rules, regulations, etiquette, and scoring.
